The wrapping and laminating processes at the heart of roller shutter manufacturing and installation.
We wrap your required profiles, slides, end slats and boxes. Based on your materials, we determine the gluing characteristics required for weather-resistant products. Within 4 to 6 weeks, we will deliver the components so that you can offer your clients customised products that match the design of their homes, offices or public buildings.
Casing side panels
Using the 3D thermo-wrapping process, we decorate covers, plugs and profile flanges.
Thermo-wrapping can be used to coat parts of various sizes, up to 500 mm, and thicknesses of up to 80 mm.
Our expertise includes the development of the tools required for thermo-wrapping, tailored to your specifications and dedicated to the manufacture of your parts The gluing trays are made in-house, and we manage their replacement with identical ones to guarantee the same level of quality across all deliveries.
