4 coating machines, with a lamination capacity ranging from 30 to 345mm of width for long profiles, as well as 2 film slitters for preparing the lamination widths.

3D heat shrinking

Profiline has developed a 3D part decoration technique using a heat-shrink process. This process, carried out in a membrane press, involves bonding a PVC/PVC or PVC/PMMA film to a wide variety of complex shapes. The applications are virtually limitless, both in terms of the product's end use and the main material of the part (PVC, ABS, aluminum, zamak, MDF, etc.). An in-house joinery workshop manufactures the specialized tooling used as a counter-mold during the pressing process.

This technique allows us to offer decorative accessories for your joinery (door panels, fence caps, end caps, etc.). Our ability to apply the same PVC-PMMA film you use on your profiles allows you to offer your customers a perfectly homogeneous and aesthetically pleasing final product.
