3D thermo-wrapping
Profiline has developed a technique for decorating parts in three dimensions using a thermo-wrapping process. This process, carried out in a membrane press, involves applying a PVC/PVC or PVC/PMMA film to a large number of complex shapes. The applications are unlimited, whether in terms of the end use of the product or the main material of the part (PVC, ABS, aluminium, zamak, MDF, etc.). An integrated carpentry workshop produces the specific tools used as counterforms during pressing.
This technique allows us to offer you decoration for accessories for your joinery (box sides, fence caps, end caps, etc.). Our ability to apply the same PVC-PMMA film that you use on your profile allows you to offer your customers a perfectly consistent and attractive end product.
