Our machinery

Profiline, specialists in the coating and decoration of profiles. European leader in the decoration of 3D parts by thermoforming.

Our machinery consists of several laminating units: 4 wrapping machines with a capacity of 30 to 345 mm laminating width for long profiles. 2 film slitters for preparing laminating widths. 1 thermoforming press (Profiline development) for decorating 3D accessory parts. A joinery workshop for producing 3D tools. 3,500 kg overhead cranes, a 3D printer for prototype development and tool production. A gluing booth, a finishing booth, a cutting and manual finishing workshop. Finally, a development and quality control laboratory.


Our production unit is ideally located in Alsace

Located in the heart of Europe, near the Swiss and German borders, in Cernay (68). We operate from modern premises covering an area of 2,800m². Our transport partners deliver throughout Europe.
