We are the European market leader in the field of decoration for 3D-parts using vacuum laminating
Since more than 10 years Profiline is working on the improvement of processes to be able to offer you unique possibilities for the decoration of injected three-dimensional parts whether or not these parts are made of thermoplastic materials or metal. This technique for decorating three-dimensional parts helps us to offer almost unlimited possibilities of decoration using our privileged relations with the major European suppliers of decorative PVC films.
Our machine park is made up of several units for foilage and serves to for the coating of profiles within the range of 30 to 660 millimetres. We also have a 3D press which serves to propose the best process for thermic coating. To complete our machine park we also have additional equipments such as a machine for cutting film which helps us to adjust your profiles with a precision level of one millimetre.
In the heart of Europe, close to Swiss and German boarders. We have recent buildings with a surface of 2300m². This production hall is equipped with two decks as well as five production lines for coatings, one welding line, one machine for cutting panels with a maximum of 700 millimetres.
